Misfuelled Petrol vehicles run poor with diesel then cut out, you may also notice excessive smoke and lack of power or a rattling noise, this is pre-detonation that causes engine damage.

 

Diesel engines suffer damage following filling with petrol and driving, and can quickly cause expensive damage to fuel systems and the engine. ​

AdBlue is a more costly mistake to make due to its corrosive nature, it corrodes and blocks metal parts and pipes etc, 

AdBlue in your fuel tank might mean a big repair bill if you turn on or start the ignition.

If you put Diesel in AdBlue and you turn on the ignition or start the engine it might require replacement of the entire Selective Catalytic Reduction and AdBlue injection system.

We can't remove AdBlue from the system by the road side, we will need to tow it to our garage for prompt repair, but rest assured we can sort the problem out for you also.
